Our Founder
Carl Williams is a dynamic leader with a unique blend of business expertise and a passion for developing people. His background in leadership development, organisational change, and performance improvement enables him to drive meaningful transformation across diverse sectors.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Politics and a Master’s in Offshore and Ocean Technology, Carl combines analytical rigour with strategic insight. He is furthering his expertise by pursuing a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes University, beginning in September 2025.
